Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives within 2–4 business days.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $150 USD. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@flairapparel.net with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
